Erik Johann Van Wyk
Erik is a high-concept storyteller whose work is informed by the bigger idea and brought to life through stunningly crafted executions. His work is visually grand and layered with seamless in-camera and post production techniques designed to enhance character and concept. His diverse body of award-winning work includes projects for global brands Heineken, Honda and Johnnie Walker, and leading international agencies Wieden+Kennedy, BBH and The Martin Agency. He is a creative turned director. He was an art director and writer respectively. Before it all, he studied art, industrial robotics engineering, business economics, design, photography, screen-writing and drummed for a few art school bands. When Erik is not working chances are he is surfing or driving an old 911 on a desert road.
